Welcome

We are pleased to welcome you to the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Legal Development and Training Committee (LDTC) website.

The LDTC is a special committee of the IPBA which is dedicated to providing low cost training programs for IPBA members and non-members in the 67 jurisdictions from which the IPBA draws its almost 2,000 members.

Most importantly, our training programs are founded on the premise that the best programs are the ones that meet the needs and expectations of the host country audience. Our programs provide practical tips, tools and techniques that can be immediately put into practice as soon as the training program ends.

In this website you will find more information about how the LDTC started, why it was established, and details of forthcoming and planned training courses. We actively seek your participation, comments and contributions to our training programs, whether as a participant or eventually as a trainer, if you have experience in legal training.
